This procedure is instrumental in paving the way for the future. I might as well say: "From now on, I'll be your president". Otherwise I'd be expecting the expiration of the mandate given to the other, which in Italy is a seven-year term. Just empty premises. Who has ever seen one being in the office or starting a business just for 20 years or 12 years and three months? Even the authorities should be free to decide when to quit, from three days to several years after. So now I'm not expecting them to quit, just because we find ourselves in a state of emergency. Millions of people are wandering without a specific destination in mind, with mixed feelings about their life, while they once had strong beliefs. A lack of knowledge, for example, makes them believe that the days are always the same. They've never had the notion that all is structured in phases, beginning from the human body (where metabolism was becoming like a daily prison). We cannot restrain our experience of life into chemical reactions without an idea of what is not perceptible by the five senses.

We know that money makes the world go 'round, but none of us can be obsessed with thinking his job to be just a source of income. What we do must spring from our resources, regardless of the regular salary we can earn. Never think how much one thing or activity would fetch. You all noticed how the economy has lately dominated the news bulletins and the comments. Every day there was news making it all a special issue or a concern, while no family makes it a talking point on a daily basis. We all are used to withdrawing from our banks the amount of money we need, and that's all. Never take it as a reduction, if governments cut down welfare expenditure. Were you told there's an expenditure rate? OK, the ceiling is like an educational method. It is just what we can afford. We're never tied down by commitments that were made previously, if we're really free. Parliaments may as well take a vacation, whenever they want, if there's no legal business or legislation to attend to.

So when we recover possession of our life, everything changes. We begin to know who we are. And this should be the task of the authorities, while entering the New Era. They are currently able to organize meetings, only. This is why there's no real Establishment at the moment. The G8 will meet in Toronto, so they said. As a matter of fact, the 8 are going to say old things or give out preprinted material. There isn't much to be said in terms of relations, instead. Since we're going toward the end of history, which is a peaceful situation with no divisions between all of us, they'd better learn to get there. Just to turn the tables on the policies of the decade, when the US president was almost unable to make a speech out of the usual appeal on the national security. Since 2001 we've been given information on two US military actions (Afghanistan, Iraq). What would they have said otherwise? Would you ever see one of them give a lecture in London on the climate changes or the planets? They are just meeting each other!

The true president was born to be a president. He should never take office after being elected. This is why his leadership should be verified out of their residence, sometimes even spot-checked without any notice. The members of Parliament too are speaking to each other, with little service to all citizens. And they never know how to select or appoint one who's not of the assembly itself. The legislative power has always been exercised by Parliaments, but these assemblies in the last decades became extremely open to fleeting suggestions coming from outer lobbies and interests. In Italy, it was the government to make laws! And now they really don't know how to go about it. It's time to regain independence.

Now if I shifted my body before the camera you'd be having something different than the usual package of recommendations on a domestic background showing a map of the Earth, a copy of the Constitution or the national flag. They used to speak with an invariable attitude, like from a picture on the wall. We never saw a president deal with an issue by explaining it to all. Almost every thing was reported by newspapers as if it were just a rumor, with no true explanation. Today everyone is called to give his contribution, thereby championing the cause of free thinking. Everyone should no more follow former protocol, while establishing political relations and making an appeal to the diverse social categories. A true president, after pointing out to them there are not so many particles, should bring all nuclear physicists back to the fundamental ones. Particle physics is going to make way for a different concept of matter, subject to continuous interactions between different beings (mostly provided with cells). The contents of every cellular body, being a vehicle for thougths and notions, secretly make up the circuits of the contemporary world. The path that this flow follows is a spiritual one. This theory is meant to unify all categories, without any separation between lay morality and church men. We must deliver this message to the benefit of the average family of our cities that spent most of the time in a daily routine. Everybody is a Universe, that was written at his birth. We have yet to make it clear what's in there, aside from the circulation of human blood. And everyone must know that no inner substance called 'soul' has ever haunted the body. This was only mentioned by priests with a moralistic attitude. If there's something, it goes around together with the physical body. Who dared give this explanation in the Western world? Something more was to be seen in the East, but even there no charisma was to be seen in those governing the system.

Under our constitutions, it was unlikely to detect the presence of any charisma because everyone thought he was rigidly tied to the limits of the constitution itself. Every winner took his seat and began to be called as 'the Prime Minister' or 'the President'. It was a poor landscape, devoid of principles and praiseworthy performances. When a new man comes, years of teachings finally appear on the scene. He'll bring a new message, after the collapse of any (human) distance.
